What is the difference between Airmail Standard and Airmail Economy?
Standard Airmail:
is the postage costs for jewellery sent in the gift box with the presentation sleeve. This is suitable for gifts, souvenirs, and special mementos.
Economy postage:
is a cheaper option for those who do not require the gift packaging. The goods are sent in a velvet pouch, by letter post. Due to the decreased size of the item, postage is cheaper. It is generally suitable for persons adding to an existing collection and do not require the gift packaging. It is available to overseas purchasers as an airmail option. Australian purchasers can also use the option, which will be by Australian Post.

Why have you divided your jewellery into Australian and World Animals?
Bushprints Jewellery began in Victoria, Australia, so my focus was on Australian animals for people visiting Australia. Since then many people have asked me to make other animals for them, and at first I made them as one off items. However the demand grew and so I've started the "World" collection. As the collection is still so new there are disproportionately few "world" animals compared to Australian animals represented, and it seemed confusing to muddle the two collections up. As the "world" collection expands, I will probably look at changing the current set up.
What taxes, customs and duties are included in your prices?
Australian Deliveries:
The shopping cart total of items shipped to an Australian client will include 10% Australian GST.
International Deliveries:
Prices of Items shipped internationally from Australia will not include the 10% Australian GST. However they may incur customs charges and duties charged by the recipient's international Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination. These costs must be paid by the recipient directly to the Customs Service or its authorised service provider. Bushprints Jewellery is not responsible for any of these charges and duties, which are dependant on the place of destination.
How do I order custom designed pieces?
Click on Contact Us and send through an email describing what you'd like. You can provide a sketch, dimensions, verbal descriptions, anything you like.
I'll give you a quote and if necessary provide a sketch of the design before you need to accept the order. Should you decide to proceed we'll arrange payment and delivery with you.

How can I pay?
We accept Paypal and credit card online, and also direct transfers into our bank account.
You can also email/phone through your credit card details for a manual transaction, or we can send you a Paypal Money request for custom made items.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders will usually be despatched within 3 working days from confirmation of payment.
Sometimes this period may be longer - for example due to during peak times, or for custom made goods, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the case of unreasonably delayed despatch (more than 10 business days) - you will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel your order for full refund.
Actual postage times are dependent on the destination, but generally average 3-10 working days.
Bushprints Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delivery delays occurring in the customs offices of any country.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide a 30 day money-back guarantee. We must be notified of defects within 30 days from the time you receive the jewellery.
This refund policy applies only to faults in the manufacture or finish of the jewellery. It does apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been mishandled or broken.
