SECURITY POLICY
Bushprints Jewellery uses the eWAY Payment Gateway and PAYPAL for online credit card transactions. Other accepted methods of payment include: direct bank transfer, cheque, and manual credit card payments - should you choose to give your credit card details over the phone.
You will be asked to select your preferred payment method when you finalise an online shopping cart request. Alternatively you can email us to discuss your preferred payment method. We also accept direct bank transfer and non-online transactions.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments, fully automated and with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Bushprints Jewellery or any outside party.

DELIVERY POLICY
After ordering online, and provided you have supplied your email address, you will receive an email confirmation from Bushprints, eWAY, or Paypal depending on the payment method you have selected. You will normally receive the confirmation within a few minutes of ordering with eWAY or Paypal and within 3 hours if emailing Bushprints with an alternative request or query.
Your order will be mailed via Australian Post within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable or non-standard, despatch may take a little longer and you will be notified. In the event of an unusually long delay (more than 10 business days) you will be notified and a cancellation of order and refund will be processed on request. Delivery may take a further 3-10 business days depending on your location. Overseas delivery will be effected airmail by Australian Post unless otherwise requested, and delivery times will depend on the country of order.
Bushprints Jewellery will notify you by email of the date of mailing and the Australian Post reference/tracking number.

REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the jewellery. Please email us at Bushprints@tpg.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy applies to any fault in the manufacture or finish of the jewellery. It does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been mishandled or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Exchange of any items may be arranged at the discretion of Bushprints Jewellery, within 30 days from the time of delivery of the jewellery.
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. Bushprints Jewellery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit should you choose not to insure.
